Dimensional changes in Tamilnadu Nursing

All respected Tamilnadu government nurses...
This article is arising from my deepest mind about our nursing profession have been getting dimensional changes in New era.
Past few decades, there was a system in which the nurse while entering her profession,she won't get marriage in her entire carrier.
This system had been modified that she could marriage after she completed her nursing training.
Hence,presently
the same rule is again changed as she or he may get marriage and even allowed child caring while they entering training too.
Educationally,when applied this course,the students should be studied their secondary school education must contain science,maths and vocational nursing.
But,This rule have been modified by government to all the secondary educational subjects are allowed now a days.
These are the main reasons,our nursing's colour of qualities are ruined effectively.
And, previously if someone wish to become a nurse in government of Tamilnadu, those who must completed their nursing diploma training in government nursing institutions only.But,this norms liberalized to Bsc,Msc,Diploma in nursing even if they studied in government or private institutions itself.
The changes are in not only our nursing educational criteria and also our nursing nature of duties too.
Eventually ,the comparison between ours and other health personnel,we are facing hardship in duties such as we are under compulsion to do the works based on the doctors to even sanitary workers also and additionally yhe clerical and some other computer online jobs too.
In future,we are eagering the dimensional changes in our nursing in good path.
